Corrections

When we find or are told about an error, outdated claim, or broken source in an article, we fix it and log it here — with the date, the article, and what changed.

How We Classify Corrections

Minor Typos, broken links, formatting, and small clarity edits. These are fixed as we find them and aren't logged individually below.
Substantive A factual error, outdated medical guidance, or a claim that had to be removed or changed. Every one of these is logged below with the date, the article, and exactly what changed — nothing is corrected quietly.

Log

No substantive corrections have been needed since this policy went into effect. This log is checked and updated as part of our regular review process.
